Thrifted Goodies

One of the things I love to do is shop at the local thrift stores and antique stores - I could putter about for hours looking for stuff. Here's some of my favorite finds as of late:
I found this framed picture at one of my favorite antique malls. It's a framed magazine cover from March 1930. Now all I gotta do is finish painting one of the walls in my home and it'll be ready to hang.
These little trays were found at the same place - only $1 each! I see them being used by the kids and I for serving up a little snack or something...

Fabric from the thrift store - the flowered stuff is actually a "cozy" of some sort. It kinda fits over my sewing machine, but I have something else planned for it because I love it so much. And I think the blue looks cool next to it, so I've gotta use them together...

And these are vintage fabric scraps from an antique store. They were all together in a big ziploc bag - I'm loving the yellow polka dot stuff, but unfortunately there wasn't much of it in the bag. But I'll find a use for it.

From the antique store for $1.50 - a little pack of retro notecards (blank on the inside) with envelopes. I couldn't help myself. I live for this stuff!
